All Maison Nowhere pieces are made to order — produced individually once your order is placed.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

1. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

2. Change of mind, wrong size, or preference issues

Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

3. Lost or undelivered shipments.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at maisonnowhereboutique@gmail.com.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued free of charge.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or incorrect.

For size or color changes, a new order must be placed.

All orders are printed and fulfilled by our partner, Printful, Inc., at their nearest available fulfillment center.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
